Classic Wedding Altered Box- Heartfelt Creations

Welcome to my blog today, today i am sharing another altered project with you.  This is based on the Tim Holtz Ideaology boxes that you may have seen.  While at Mega Meet in May  i was so inspired by the Stampendous Booth, saw a few of these on display and loved the look of them.

The photos are of a friends wedding that we were honoured to attend last fall, Tina and Mike are the wedding couple and the photos were taken by Darington Photo in Barrie. This project did take alot of time to complete, with the stages in priming and layering the outside of the box, the inside took just as long as each little compartment needed detailing. But i so love how this turned out and want to make another one so my Friends can have it on display in their home.

Do same with the photo frame too. Once box is covered with paper, ink with vintage photo. Cut pieces of paper to fit inside of boxes. Add your embellishments; trinkets; bottles filled with crystal clear; Cut and stamp five sets of classic rose and five sets of classic rose vine; color and form roses and then leave a few singles for inside.  Add pollens to single flowers. Add crystal clear to flowers and leaves for added detail. Add photo to outside frame, inside clipboard and to inside of box; attach lantern and run cord to back so the batter box can be attached. Add corner tabs to outside edge of frame for extra security on edges. Detail edges and inside with Gold Alchemy wax. Add flowers to inside. Just have fun with it.

Classic Wedding Guest Book-

Hi Friends and welcome to my blog today.  It is new release day today with Heartfelt Creations and for the first time we have a wedding collection and what a gorgeous collection this is,  This is also the first collection that Heartfelt is introducing foiled papers into the collections.

For my first project i did a Guest Book, this was a kit by Book by Hand kit that i purchased and covered front and back cover with papers from the collection.  Decorated the front of the album using the Classic Rose.

Other Material: Canson Water Color Paper; Glue Gloss; Distress Marker in Pumice Stone; Tattered Rose. Distress Inks Peeled Paint; Tattered Rose; Wild Honey; Vintage Photo; Foam Adhesive; Blank Cover book Binding Kit

Watch this Video on how to create the Classic Rose here: ( link: https://www.heartfeltcreations.us/video/129/how-to-create-dimensional-roses)

Instructions: Cover front and back of the chipboard from the book binding kit with papers from Collection. Then bind the book following instructions in the book binding kit. Add additional papers from collection to the cover making sure you distress edges to add detail. I used a 6x6 card  panel for my top layer and distressed the edges on this too.
Stamp and cut the Decorative Medallion out twice along with the shadow and adhere together. Using Glue gloss add a coat to each die and then sprinkle crystal clear powder. Stamp and cut Classic Rose out four times with small set and two each of large. Stamp and cut out four sets of the classic rose vine. Color and mold the roses as shown in Emma Lous Video. Color the leaves and bells;
Begin to add details to project by attaching a Medallion Die to a 6x6 from paper collection as shown in project. The add second die to top, this will be the base for all the detail of the roses, leaves and bells. Detail with crystal clear. Add pollens to smaller flowers for added detail.
